Sandnes, Norway, Tuesday, 3 February 2026 – Desert Control (OSE: DSRT) today announced the appointment of David Borah as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The appointment adds extensive experience in corporate finance and capital markets to Desert Control’s executive management team to support the company’s continued growth and strategic development.

He has held senior corporate finance roles at several NASDAQ-listed companies, including Bicycle Therapeutics and PepGen Inc.

Previously, Mr. Borah worked at Wellington Management, Newton Investment Management, and GW&K Investment Management. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and is a CFA charterholder.
