Maryne Lemvik is an international industrial executive and board member with more than 30 years of experience across global process industries.

She previously served as CEO of Skanem Group, an international packaging company, and spent over two decades with Alfa Laval, a global industrial technology company, in international leadership roles across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Her experience spans strategy, industrial transformation, operational leadership and international growth, with more than 20 years of full P&L responsibility.

Lemvik is the founder of Eksplore AS, where she focuses on board roles, investments and strategic advisory related to industrial transformation, sustainability and long-term value creation.

Originally from France and based in Norway, she holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from ENSIGC Toulouse and executive education from Hult Ashridge and INSEAD
