James Thomas joined Desert Control in 2023. Thomas has over 30 years of experience in finance and investment across various sectors and domains. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in London and is now the majority owner of Ithaca Marine. He has also served on the boards of more than 20 companies that have conducted multiple initial public offerings,repeated stock issuances, and numerous mergers and acquisitions. Through Woods End Interests LLC, Thomas wasthe largest participant in the Private Placement and holds an ownership stake of approximately 8.5% in the Company prior to the issuance of any Offer Shares.
